Pier Matteo Perazzini founded TEO Architects in 2015 after co-founding Bloomlab Studio in 2011. Pier Matteo holds a Degree in Engineering and Architecture from the University of Bologna with specialisation in Architecture and Design. Prior to co-founding TEO Architects he gained experience working with the prestigious studio Emilio Ambasz Associates where he developed a number of innovative projects and designs for different clients and brands. Pier Matteo worked with Prof Emilio Ambazs in New York and Italy, then formed Bloomlab Studio as Technical Director & co Founder. Pier Matteo is renowned for developing striking designs for multiple leading brands including, SCM Group, Giuseppe Zanotti, JP Metal America, Hermes, Bottega Veneta, Biesse Group. Pier Matteo is passionate about the application of new technology to discover novel and interesting materials in his innovative designs.
LAURA WATSON
Founding Partner and CEO
As Chief Executive Officer and Co Founder, Laura Watson manages the overall health and growth of the studio. Laura oversees TEO's finances, operations and business development, and is responsible for optimizing cash flow, developing the studio and executing strategic priorities.
FABIO FABBRI
Senior Architect - Italian Director
Fabio Fabbri is co-founder of TEO Architects. Fabio holds a Diploma in Architecture from the University of Florence and is a fully registered architect in Italy. Prior to forming TEO Architects, he co-founded Bloomlab studio and realised many innovative designs with the team. Fabio has gained significant professional experience working both in Italy and the UK and is expert in technical detailing and finishing across all typologies.
MEGHNA mADDULA
Graduate Architectural Assistant
Meghna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from LS Raheja School of Architecture, Mumbai, and a Master’s degree in Urban Design and Planning from the University of Sheffield. With professional experience in architecture, urban research, and strategic planning, she has worked on research-led projects in collaboration with public authorities and multidisciplinary teams. Meghna brings a strong analytical and design-focused approach to her work, contributing to competitions, urban strategies, and contextual research. Her interests lie in the relationship between architecture, cities, and policy, supporting the delivery of thoughtful and well-considered design outcomes.
ALICIA MATEO PEREZ
Architect - Consultant
Alicia holds a Maters of Architecture from the University of Seville, and specialized in heritage and conservation management in the University of Granada. Through her studies and work experience, Alicia has acquired extensive skills in listed buildings and strategic redevelopment of historic areas. Alicia has confidence across the technical and delivery stages of projects, enjoying technical and creative detailing. Alicia believes architecture is a social tool to display ingenuity and creativity.
Olga GOLANT
Architectectrual Assistant
Olga holds a Master of Architecture from the Varna Free University, in Bulgaria and specialises in residential projects. With over 15 years of experience as a choreographer and teacher, Olga applies her expertise to improve communication, management, and spatial awareness. Passionate about transforming spaces with creativity and precision, OIga is committed to delivering exceptional, high-quality design services.

Senior Architect - Riba III, ARB.
Andrea Carozza is a Senior Architect with over 20 years of international experience delivering high-end residential, commercial, heritage, and mixed-use projects across the UK and Europe. An ARB-registered and RIBA-chartered architect, Andrea brings extensive expertise in planning, conservation, technical design, and project delivery, with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and securing complex planning approvals. His design-led approach combines creative thinking with strong technical knowledge, ensuring projects are successfully delivered from concept through to completion.
